As the Chair of CPR’s Board of Directors Membership Committee, I would like to share with you an interview with Noah J. Hanft, CPR’s President & CEO that appeared in The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel (MCC), entitled “General Counsel Must Take Charge and Implement a Thoughtful ADR Approach.”
In this article, Noah highlights the value of CPR membership and makes a strong case for all General Counsel’s to implement ADR into their everyday legal practice. Noah’s message was also carried in Corporate Counsel Magazine.
I am very excited about CPR and the work we do. I strongly support Noah’s “call to action” and ask each of you to join us in driving change within the corporate culture by making dispute resolution the norm, rather than an “alternative”, to conflict resolution.
