On May 16th, Burford COO Andrew Langhoff is scheduled to speak at the Ark Group’s 4th annual AFA Forum: Value-Based Fee Arrangements & Legal Service Logistics. The program will examine the opportunities AFAs present for both law firms and their clients and will provide a platform for candid discussion around what law firms and their clients are doing in pursuit of more fundamental shifts in the service-delivery model. Mr. Langhoff will discuss litigation finance as a viable option for law firms and their clients.
