Texas Association of Mediators Annual Conference in San Antonio Kicks Off Tomorrow With Harvard Trainer and Author Erica Fox, Followed by Clinton Appointee Richard Barnes, and LA Mediator and Trainer Lee Jay Berman
A sell-out crowd of mediators from around the state will descend on the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel to hear world class trainers share ideas for kicking it up a notch. World class trainer Erica Fox teaches executives, mediators, and change agents around the globe. Tomorrow, she’ll focus on closing The Performance Gap™ with her Beyond Yes method. Richard Barnes, the Clinton appointee who resolved the West Coast ports strike a decade ago, will kick the meeting off early Saturday morning with some humorous and jaw-dropping tales from the trenches. Lee Jay Berman will wrap up the conference with an interesting challenge to the whole notion of impasse in negotiation. His “Impasse is Fallacy” talks will peel back causes of impasse and what mediators can do to avoid or overcome it.
