Prof. Tom Stipanowich of Pepperdine has posted a new article on the SSRN site which proposes an alternative to the legal logjam in Washington over consumer and employment arbitration…. a ratings system. He calls it “The Arbitration Fairness Index.” ssrn.com/abstract=2004543
