Cloud computing is rather ubiquitous for disciplines like time and billing, client management and electronic discovery, but cloud solutions are just now gaining momentum for the collaborative work of mastering the evidence, assessing the strengths and weakness of the case, building arguments that will best support the interests of the client and preparing for depositions, negotiations and trial.
