Debut of the International Journal of Online Dispute Resolution

The first issue of the new International Journal of Online Dispute Resolution has been released, and it’s incredible!
There’s a piece fro Ethan Katsh (Chair of Modria’s Advisory Board) and Orna Rabinovich-Einy on Digital Justice, a great piece on ODR Ethics from Dan Rainey, a piece on cross-border ODR in the EU and UNCITRAL from Mireze Philippe of the ICC, and a very interesting piece on “boxing” choices for better resolution from Marc Lauritsen. I’m going to author the ODR News section in the back of the journal (my first entry is in this issue)so please send more news items if you have them.
We distributed them to all attendees of odr2014.org — but I have a few additional I can share if you ask for one. Please have all the libraries you frequent buy subscriptions. I think this is a great publication, and it deserves support from everyone in the ODR field.
