Survey on Smartphone & Tablet Use in Law Practice
According to the latest ABA Technology Survey, Smartphone usage by lawyers for law-related tasks has increased to 88%. Additionally, 15% of respondents used tablet devices, most commonly the iPad, away from the office for law-related tasks. Many of those tasks are productivity related (email, contacts and internet), but 27% had downloaded legal-specific apps.
