In our current high-stress social environment, it is easy for conflicts to spark. When clients reach out to mediators for help, we need a fast and effective solution.
For many of us, this means mediating online. This is now commonly done via videoconference (Skype, Zoom and the like). Other options include text-only (such as CREK) or online chat. Some mediators have moved to phone conciliation, where mediators set-up a conference call with all participants or separately. This article reviews the basic process for mediating with Zoom online.
