A new player interested in the San Antonio market is looking to connect the military intelligence and tech industry with startups active in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Janvest Capital Partners LLC, an American venture capital firm that invests in technology startups across Israel, is making moves locally and looking for connections between the two industry clusters, its co-founder told an audience during an event hosted by the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
