We must be coming of age as a profession. Here’s proof: There will soon be a beautiful young woman ready to portray us on a new television series entitled Fairly Legal. It’s a show about a litigator who is fed up with the system and becomes a mediator. (How crazy is that?)  Interesting promo here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gUIJbEw5pc (the usual — thrown in jail for being late to court, mediating a liquor store armed robbery, having sex with the ex….  Just another typical day in the life of a mediator.)
