Isramco Inc. of Houston filed a negligence and breach of fiduciary duty suit against its former general counsel Dennis James Holifield. The company alleges Holifield disclosed privileged information after leaving the company in 2011, in an effort to derail a lawsuit settlement he negotiated while GC.
