This was the overarching theme of the ILTACON 2015 session, “The View from Above: Chiefs Address Industry Trends and Challenges,” the panel, was comprised of seasoned industry veterans: John Koski, global chief legal officer at Dentons; Rob Saccone, CEO of Seyfarth Lean Consulting; and Jeff Schwarz, COO of Polsinelli.
“The economic crisis has brought about a permanent shift in the client-law firm relationship,” Koski said. “We are in the world of the new normal.”
