New Valuable Resource: Texas Academy of Distinguished Neutrals

Several months ago I agreed to serve as a national Executive Committee Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. I am pleased that following several months of preparation, we today announce the creation of the Texas Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and invite and encourage you to take advantage of this new ADR resource in San Antonio, and across the state.

You will find that forty-seven of the most experienced and most highly-regarded professional neutrals across Texas are Charter Members of the Academy, and the availability of most of us to mediate and arbitrate is published in a simple live-calendar format for you, your associate, your paralegal, or your secretary. One website. Live calendars of experienced mediators and arbitrators. Sort by city. Sort by area of expertise. I think you are going to find this to be a very valuable resource.
Texas Academy
I am joined as a founding Executive Committee member of the Texas Academy by Will Pryor (Dallas), Gary McGowan (Houston), and Karl Bayer (Austin). The San Antonio Charter Members are George Brin, Joe Casseb, Scott Magers, Dan Naranjo, Don Philbin, Wade Shelton, Tommy Smith, and John Specia. We recognize that when you are faced with the challenge of selecting a neutral and scheduling a mediation, that many factors come into play. This process can become complicated, laborious, and protracted. Our goal is make your life easier, and the process simpler.

National Academy
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (www.NADN.org) was formed in 2006, orignially in Florida, California, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Today, there are over 600 professional neutrals in over 40 states who are members.
Membership in the Texas and National Academy is by invitation only. You can be assured that the neutrals you see on the roster are experienced, well-qualified, and enjoy top-tier reputations in their communities.
